Candy some meat some diary like cheese etc some musli and some yoghurt thats all tbh
The diet is very low fat which is what is required for constant stable energy and proper hormone synthesis. Remove musli (it's straight sludge) along with candy, replace with fish and fruits like papaya instead. You should also check for sleep apnea just in case, a silent killer in many's energy level. Hope it helps
