Ive posted about debloating like twice now but plenty of the comments are just "cope." Do people think it wont work? Actual explanations would be great.

could be called cope because those who call it that suffer from excessive facial fat rather than buildup of excess fluids. therefore when they tried debating it showed little to no visible change.
one way to check if your (unhollow) cheeks are caused by fat or water retention, you can tilt your head to either side and see if the cheeks droop down. if they do, then its most likely excess fluids that can be flushed out with debloating.

this LWK deserves solution more, but first lays the egg ig

I still dont think it fair to call it cope. Do any research on debloating and you'll see that most people say to drop your body fat percentage to 10-15% before being able to see significant results. Ive never tried that method of figuring out how to determine fat or water retention though, thanks.

Because most people that deblote are over 10-12% body fat and also Keep in mind debloating is temporary. You should never drain your body of water and electrolytes for extended periods. To deblote that's not cope take something call Eplerenone take 20 to 40 mg and if you're body responds well take higher doses

I mean again it's mostly about genetics. like how some people have fat storage in different areas of the body. some guys accumulate it easier to their hips, or that it is one of the first places to gain more fat if you go on a bulk or stay in a consistent calorie surplus, giving them a more feminine look/physique because wider hips. some other guys might have larger fat disposals in their arms, which rather contributes to their masculinity when adding weight because it makes their arms look larger despite not having particularly added muscle.
in the same way, your face can naturally hold more of the fat that is available in your body than others if your genetics work that way. however increase in testosterone moves among others subcutaneous fat to the abdomen, so if you're fortunate your buccal fat will go along with some of the other fat distribution in your body.
then again you could just make the argument of "just be lean bro" or go the way of Anton Verada and spot-reduce your fat with some jerry-rigging DIY fuckass procedure that I really wouldn't recommend.

Correct me if im wrong. But yeah if you cut out all sodium and drink too much water and start to piss out electrolytes thats a negative obviously. But isnt a 4:1 or 3:1 potassium to sodium ratio healthy and reccomended by most health orginizations? With around 4,500mg of potassium and 1,500mg of sodium a day? And yeah just dont take debloating to the extent of pissing out electro lights. If that happening cut back on diuretics or water intake.

hyponatremia is a medical condition, yes.
you need salt because sodium is good for you.but just like everything its the dose that kills. and when its something your body needs you need to keep a part of it in your diet. pissing out electrolytes is common, just like how your body excretes excess proteins through your dick when you're washing the toilet bowl.
I havent checked out the specific numbers too much, but a general rule of thumb is to increase potassium and decrease sodium.
but yes, do not cut it out completely.

True. Most of these techniques are only gonna go as far as genetics. But, they are still worth trying. MOST people can benefit from debloating. Even a minor positive effect on the face is still positive.

real. compounding effect is what made warren buffett rich.
I'd say the same can be applied to looks. small, positive changes can eventually add up to a much more attractive face.
after all, when it comes to bone structure, its only a few millimeters that matter.
