No because poor ppl allow their kids to suffer too much. They simply do not know what they're doing. Some kids get sick at a young age, and the parents can't even cover the costs. The amount of parents i've seen on tiktok holding crippled and mutilated toddlers to the screen and saying "please watch this video to the end, please like snd share" is sickening, like if you're not able to properly pay to care for that child don't procreate.
