I'm a former trained MMA fighter, and from experience, anyone who never competed in any serious martial art (not karate, aïkido & taekwendo btw) and pretend to know how to fight in streets, is genuinely delusional and retarded.

This is the best way to end-up stabbed and mauled by multiple people. If your head slams the floor it's over for you.

Agreed, he claims kicks and punches aren’t effective and used in nature which is false since we did used to kick and punch but not as much as we do now. (Also other animals do it, kangaroos, horses, etc) his point abt bites, headbutts , elbows and ignoring rules in general is valid but he’s too retarded to understand that u need to kick and punch for those to work.
