We used to hang out 24/7 and text every day and now he is cancelling plans and we don't text so much anymore.

He had told me earlier that I should be happy because when he was with his ex he left her on delivered for many hours, but now he is doing it to me.

"Sent 14 hours ago" and he was online 4 mins ago.

Idk if I'm overreacting because I understand that he has his own life beside me, but i just don't like being ignored

You aren’t overreacting. He obviously responds to important people because he is active and if he’s not responding to you then that means you aren’t an important person in his life. Maybe he is just really busy and can’t respond to you but that’s not the case most of the time. Good luck
