I can figure out lifting and muscle and strength just fine, I can even figure out hair mostly, but NO ONE has ever been able to artificially achieve that glow that only sub 23 year olds seem to have.

why is this? what is the current consensus? inb4 someone says some vague shit like "facial collagen" or copes like muh "peptides" its more than that, its like the facial skin is thicker, smoother, and facial fat is really evenly distributed. even chad pitt looks his age in the face.

I don't know it's just innavoidable likely due to the death of cells

Which is a much bigger issue cause if we could lock that down we could figure out the cure to alot of shit and improve life span maybe even get rid of natural death as a whole

Because we aren’t living in the peak evolution of knowledge yet. In 50 years what we think about skin will be outdated

When we are teenagers, we have high thyroid function, which increases collagen synthesis and makes our skin more hydrated.

Genetics also matter. Latinos have more youthful and neotenic skin due to less body hair. (Chico also has Slavic genes)
However, over time, collagen synthesis and renewal slows down due to a slowing of our metabolism.

(In men, the effect of losing that youthful skin is due to DHT causing it to become thicker.)

But if I wanted to achieve that glass-like skin typical of teenagers, this is what I would do:

  • 200 g of beef liver per week
  • 30 g of gelatin every day
  • more zinc
  • high doses of citrus fruits (vitamin C maxxing)
  • beef tallow in your face (moisturizer)
  • red light therapy / spend 30 minutes in the sun on your face
  • walking a lot
