First off, we need to go over some things, a "Motive of Benefit" is sayng that a party would benefit from a certain crime being committed, as evidence that they have committed it. Usually, this is circumstantial evidence, which alone, is enough to win court cases, given no counter-evidence. When Motive of Benefit is so great its undeniable, it can be considered direct evidence.
Firstly, I'll address my main points.
