my friend what i am saying is average women will try and make you (me) the duff. they compliment you, hype you up, say you're gorgeous when you're objectively not so you feel good and don't put extra effort into your appearance.
then they stand next to you so that they look much more beautiful than they truly are and subtly put you down

Unfortunately I agree - and understand this concept. I would like to highlight how this experience is universal across genders, but stated more clearly for women in particular.

For me personally, a forum should be used to converse about particular ideals. Particularly how some people are under the impression that you might one day you might find the love of your life (SO), people don't cheat, your friends associate with you because they like you ect.

As much as the list above are very clearly hyper extreme examples, I simply cannot safely mention anything of this nature in real life as it would tarnish my reputation - and further commend how influential status is when considering friendships.


As for your case, assuming you're a woman - I believe its entirely best to not have any influence yourself and remain purely a spectator.

Anyways to answer the original thread question, a couple women are here for dating market issues. I would say women looksmax largely for self-esteem or personal reasons, dating market isn't an issue for most women unless they want to date higher up.

For me personally, I want to get the benefits of pretty privilege in my daily life, look good in my cosplays, and practice healthier habits. Dating isn't a priority for me but it certainly is for a few people here.
