1. Forums in general are better than groupchats or servers because when you join, people will interact with your messages instead of ignoring new users messages in chat and only talking to their already established friend group.

2. There is no other forum rn with reasonably sane people who still arent overly formal and nt.

3. You dont have to get to know anyone before you can have fun convos with them. Friendship on here doesnt need to start with 10 convos of “hello, my name is” or “oh what do you study?”, etc.

4. Everyone is very funny.

5. We have common niche interests

6. Grudges are not held. If you argue with someone, they wont easily hold a grudge for long and will still interact with you positively.

7. Even if u think its not much, you do sometimes also learn valuable things because this is a forum made for sharing information after all. So its not a complete waste of entertainment like many other places to chat.

8. Even though the forum is a bit edgy, mods wont tolerate many hateful things or sexual content.

Agreed. If you filter out the tism and actually take action (the hardest part) this forum can indeed change your life for the better considerably.
