Even if theoretically it's not ey88, you guys shouldn't be logging into each others accounts. The point of the data we collect is for moderation purposes - if you intentionally skew the data then it's your fault your 'friend' got banned.

But I don't care if the account is banned or not personally. I'm just explaining it for future purposes.

Doesn't matter. If you log into each others accounts (or you make accounts for banned users), then it makes sense why the account is banned. We're not going to be asking for fingerprints to verify who's posting. The data we collect is to determine who's who - when you intentionally attempt to bypass it or you mess the data up, it doesn't matter who actually made posts on the account, because we're going by the tools we have.

Can you just unban him he isn’t evading a ban

I'm not going to undo another moderation's decision just because I don't know the full details, but if it makes you feel any better we're discussing it now with each other to see what should be done.

I'm pretty sure you guys are misunderstanding what my point is. I never claimed if the user using the account is not allowed to be on the site; it was just an example I gave. The point I made was the fact when you log into each others accounts, you skew the data we store about users on here. That data is for moderation purposes - It's what that data was used for. He was banned for the assumption of alt usage, which is against our rules. Moderation on most sites are not done by 'trust me bro', it's done by the tools the site and site owner provides.
