If you're asking why women are attracted more to emotional/romantic interests rather than sexual/physical, I would have to assume it's due with the fact that sex is more draining on them and that the risks for them are higher. They want to 'mate' with someone they feel like have proven their worth and has proven that the man will protect them. Sometimes that desire to feel safe and protected overrides their physical/sexual desires.
In men, sex is more important because sex is both a physical and emotional sensation that can be triggered fairly easily. There's less reason for them to minimize sex as a priority - sex is more enjoyable and there's not many reasons for them to 'not' do it. Therefore they'd rather 'mate' with a woman who's willing to prioritize their sexuality, because men don't (normally) have that same desire to feel safe or protected in the way that a woman would.
If you're asking why women like r**e/violation stories that leads to love, it's because women want to keep their purity and still find love. It's hard to do both in most cases. Obviously, women don't actually want to be r***d, but socially a woman enjoying sex is shameful. It's slutty and she's a whore. "She should feel bad for doing it before marriage" if it's normally in a religious or cultural context. So how can women get rough, disgusting sex, that keeps their purity in tact? In the case of storytelling, it's normally r**e. The male is the aggressor, and she didn't want to. She, as a person, is still pure in the story. The reason why most of those stories will end up with them falling in love because women care more about that at the end of the day, and it makes the previous r**e feels 'less bad'.
