As always this thread should be a whole lot of water.
THE ANATOMY OF THE NOSE
To start of with we need to talk about how the supporting bone structure influences the nose shape and size. As we all know the nose is made up of cartilage opposed to bone. The maxila and zygos (which both influence each other) both largely influence the shape and size of the nose. By providing support the nose should be more straight and/or upturned.

YOUR SURROUNDING FEATURES
Your surrounding features can influence your perceived nose size, these features include: the forehead, chin, and cheekbones.
FOREHEAD:
not only does your foreheads height and width play a role but so does it's projection and shape.
CHIN:
A more projected chin will make a larger nose look more natural.
CHEEKBONES:
The lateral projection of your zygos can help make up for a wider nose

SO HOW CAN WE USE THIS INFORMTAION?
From this information we can gather that improving the upper and occasionally lower jaw should improve your nose shape and size. From here we can conclude there are some potential solutions RHINO FREE.
Head gear:
Lefort:
chin implants/genio:
She also got cheek implants which helps.
palate expander:
Note that this is for nose width. Palate expander may temporarily increase nose width but remember that it is only temporary
WHY GET ANY OF THIS OVER RHINO?
I'm not saying rhino is bad, rhino is great. Rhino is cheap and very safe, but all of these solutions can solve way more problems for one. If you get any of these procedures/devices and aren't satisfied with your results rhino is always a good, reliable option.
