I see lots of articles that say x or y but dont back it up whatsoever.The only way to trust science is to check as much articles on that topic and see the average/common written things.And exclude the uncommon 'scientific studies'.But what people dont understand is they themself can be a scientific study.These so called studies can be manipulated pretty easily.Best way of finding something out is doing it.Thats why i dont argue at all and just find out whats right n wrong through experience.
