Wich jaw implant for 95% zygos/gonions ratio ?

Wich for about 95% with soft tissues

Hello,

Wich would give the approximate 95% bizygos/bigonial ratio ? (Considering poor masseter tissues)

Here is the original Bone, then a regular implant, and an implant that reaches temporal Bone
