i have a wide nose (due to bone structure) but if I get a rhinoplasty my eyes will look far apart. is it worth it or not?

It depends on why your nose looks wide and how wide your eyes actually are.
A common misconception is that making the nose narrower automatically makes the eyes look farther apart. It doesn't change the actual distance between your eyes, but it can change the visual proportions of your face.

If your nose is genuinely too wide for your face

A well-planned rhinoplasty can:
Make the face look more refined.
Increase cheekbone and eye prominence.
Improve overall facial harmony.
In many cases, people actually perceive the eyes as more striking, not necessarily "too far apart."

If your eyes are already wide-set

If your intercanthal distance (distance between the inner corners of the eyes) is already larger than average, making the nasal bridge significantly narrower can increase the impression that the eyes are farther apart.
An experienced facial plastic surgeon can often avoid this by:
Narrowing the nose conservatively.
Preserving enough bridge width.
Focusing on the tip or nostrils instead of aggressively narrowing the entire bony vault.

If the width comes from bone

A rhinoplasty can narrow the bony upper nose (using osteotomies), but it's important not to overdo it. An overly narrow nose can look unnatural and throw off facial balance

final answer : yes it is worth if you do it right taking the right precautions.
