im tryna lose weight and I'm starting to hate food a lot so could I just stick to liquids (teas, water, etc etc) and eat snacks occasionally? I would probably get water weight but it'll go away after working out, I barely have food at home to begin with so trying new diets is almost impossible for me currently. I really don't wanna go back to starvemaxxing bc being sick/dizzy all the time is annoying
