will i lose all my mass if i do omad but keep lifting

ive been lifting for like the past 3 years and gotten some decent mass on myself
tryna get lean but i find it overwhelming tracking calories and shit, if i just start eating one high protein meal once a day but keep lifting am i gonna lose all my mass i dont wanna get skinny fat either
help a brotha out
