Discussion Will i lose my oral minoxidil gains if I stop after one month and switch to topical

Title oral minox is giving me insomnia so I wanna switch over to the topical form. But ChatGPT said I’m gonna lose and shed a lot of my gains since topical isn’t as systematic as oral.

Don’t blindly and solely trust AI and do your own research from man-made legit sources.

I didn't experience any kind of shedding like they describe. I think you should use ordinary lash and brow serum to strengthen them just in case if you're bothered

I’m gonna use oral minox for 6 months and then suffer from shitty sleep and bloat.

After 6 months once my brows and lashes are insanely thick. I’m gonna switch over to topical or some other serum.

Ultimately in the end I won’t lose much will I?

Like beard, brows & lashes, the hair isn't triggered by DHT so once they turn terminal there is a limited risk the hair fall. Switch to 2% topical to maintain and moisturize moisturize moisturize to avoid dry skin, who could cause breakage
