On my last post a few ppl told me to lean bulk bc i'm skinny fat. I did some research and found out that i have to raise my calorie intake by like 300-700 calories and workout. I want my bmi to stay at 16 tho like i'm deadly afraid of getting heavier omg. And i'm so scared i'll look like one of those gym girls with huge thighs i rlly don't want to look like that. Are there any alternative ways I can deal with being skinnyfat?
 
Thighs must be the third part of a girl that are fetishized, coming after chest and glutes. Why are you afraid of growing them?
Also you will not end up looking bulky because you are a woman you produce very little testosterone
 
Why do so many women and normies think they'll blow up like some kind of hulk overnight once they touch weights. Doesn't happen. Building muscle takes a lot of time. I am 96 kilos and have been lifting for 2 years and still feel small when I look at myself in the mirror. Your problem of looking too "big" will never be problem.

Even for men reaching to the point that you too bulky doesn't happen unless you take steroids. I've seen guys on half a gram of test look like dyels. To look too bulky you need 99th percentile genetics and on top of that take highly experimental drugs that were originally meant for livestock growth.

Yeah it's hard to be too bulky as natural but roided you need a good response only
I don't know if taking experiment drugs is necessary

16 bmi isn’t good for men or women, you should want to increase it for your own health
But a bmi of 16 is Ideal for a woman, that's what I was told on discord πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

For modelling, yeah. But maintaining that weight is extremely unhealthy and will make you age faster, making your prime looks shorter. I'm not advocating to be super fat or whatever but just add on a healthy amount

Only you chorizopan, or at least dudes with mommy issues. I like more the whole back on a woman (especially a thick lower back)

You don't have to focus too much on legs tbh. Try to focus on Glutes first.
For your leanbulking, just add 300 calories from protein sources, add light cardio to stay lean

IMO glutes add physical and sexual attraction to a woman, it's never ugly on a woman unless the failed bbl
