On my last post a few ppl told me to lean bulk bc i'm skinny fat. I did some research and found out that i have to raise my calorie intake by like 300-700 calories and workout. I want my bmi to stay at 16 tho like i'm deadly afraid of getting heavier omg. And i'm so scared i'll look like one of those gym girls with huge thighs i rlly don't want to look like that. Are there any alternative ways I can deal with being skinnyfat?
