Take tretinoin for skin.

Surgeries:
cartilage removal from nose to make tip pointed

You possibly need a BSSO and with a Lefort 1. Although i dont know yet until i see a side profile. Otherwise a genioplasty should be fine.

you may get Blepharoplasty to increase the canthal tilt of your eyes.

If i was to rank your problems in priority to be fixed. you should get nose made more narrow and have a decent skincare routine.

eyes are hard to fix but they sit well on your face so its not a top priority
