Will positioning my tongue like this be helpful
I have some assymetry in my jaw, im hoping doing this will correct the assymetry. Making the left tongue dominant instead of vice versa, my right side was dominant in the past (i think, not sure)
Keep in mind apprently i have a narrow palate? Any chads can post pics of their palates plz
Do any of you see any differences from november to December? I honestly cant tell
