Will RedBull make me look worse?

Hello fellow Looksmaxxers, I am 18 in highschool right now (and dealing with a massive pile of deadlines) and I am banned from drinking coffee in my house (idk why parents think this we are catholic not mormon but ok) and so i have been drinking redbull in school. I have noticed I am more sharper because of caffiene and taurine in the drink. The main Question is should I keep drinking it will it make me look worse? How many times can i drink it if at all?

Not only will it make u look worse, it'll make you addicted and also ruin your health. Don't drink what's not found in nature.
 
caffeine can do the same thing lol? well, 3 can a week cant be that bad
It's not just the caffeine, thats only part of it; but also the other ingredients that go into the slop that you drink.

I understand but it makes me lock in well ill be honest, but what would you recommend i do as nootropic i can get my hands on that is not coffee or an energy drink?

carbs can work pretty well if you want to quit the energy drinks

Depends what your body is lacking; poor focus is because your body isnt being fueled properly mostly.

firstly always make sure that you're hydrated enough.

Foods rich in omega-3s, antioxidants, and B vitamins to support your brain, like walnuts and blueberries

if you're too stressed or have been sitting for too long go on a short walk or js move ur body to clear your mind (without ur phone)

For low bloodsugar: Honey mixed in with warm water, you can also add in a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon for hydration and it'll make you feel more focused and energised

And always make sure you've sleeped enough

forgot to mention use tea to slowly back off from being addicted to caffeine (if you're addicted) cutting off large amounts of caffeine all at once isnt optimal you have to make your body adapt slowly
 
yea i know, im not talking about his case only. and, tea cant make you really focus and lock in on anything
I disagree with you on that; just because you don't feel the effects doesn't mean they aren't there.

I'll be real because of RedBull I am inclined to try adderall because to me this sounds like a miracle drug. it is I have the impression that RedBull is adderall Super Lite version.

The problem is mostly the other things that go with the caffeine. I'd genuinely suggest get coffee and hide it from your parents rather than harming yourself this heavily with harmful drinks

Bro impossible unless they leave but I always leave house first and have already been caught throwing out redbull cans they are very anti coffee and energy drinks but they themselves drink coffee. My father would sooner give me a shot of vodka than give me a cup of coffee.

Anti energy drinks i get it, but anticoffee is just spiritually israeli
