i havent grown a single centimeter for over a year but i dont want reta to reduce my height potential
if i only take it for a month do you think it will stunt my growth

Reta itself won’t stunt your growth eating in a large caloric deficit will. Eat around 200 calories below maintenance and you’ll lose weight without messing up your hormones and growth.
