Idk how to explain it in english but IP is based on multiple layers of numbers and it is based on your internet company also, who gives a roughly estimation of where you live based on which internet tower (for the 4G/5G) or fiber tower who acknowledge your signal.
So it means you will needs to change internet company and devices to have a small change to be recognized as a new user

That’s the main problem I think they can ban you even after ur already approved they always notice eventually since I had already gotten approved and lasted like 3 days before they banned me
