i see both of my wisdom teeth growing in recently but there straight. Do they have to get removed and if they do will i descend?

Wisdom teeth do not have to be removed, some people never get them removed. Regarding descension I assume you're referring to your face shape changing, wisdom teeth removal won't change face shape because they don't support any underlying facial bones and they are at the back of the jaw out of sight. If anything, if you have to remove them and choose not to that may cause your teeth to shift and then descend.

TLDR: You might not have to remove them, if you do it's not a big deal, choosing to not remove them when you have to can lead to medical issues and teeth shifting which can cause descension.

"After ipsilateral wisdom teeth extraction, the volume of hard tissue on the extraction side reduces, and the volume of facial soft tissue does not change evidently. "
