alot of HTB's etc etc have legit one feature preventing them from becoming stacy, like a nosejob, maybe less definition in bone structure u are a true hater if u don't tell them

alot of High tiers usually have a slightly recessed maxilla or smthn so ur kinda right in that regard fucked unless they get a very very intense surgery.
