Um I'm 18 but like I've had an Eating disorder since I was 14 so my metab is fuckkeeddd to the max
any like GOOD tips for getting lean asf
I've been trying to lift weights and all but idk , my caloric intake is like 900 and my TDEE is 1400 ??
eat like 3000 cals once or twice a month
speeds up your metabolism so u wont get metabolic adaptation
 
walk, run🙏 i eat like shit but walk very very very often and intensly and it keeps me lean. I was also able to shed the puberty pounds by walking
