Imo bow hunting for rabbits/hares is difficult af even with a compound bow and a picatinny for precision
I can’t get a gun while I’m 16 without parents consent and gun licenses are a bitch to get even with consent

Once you're 18 it should be fine
Once I’m 18 I’ll get a license for a gun I’m thinking of a small rifle because game isn’t too large here I was thinking a .22

If the target isn't moving then 22 long rifle is the perfect choice for that. Just for small game tho

If it's a moving target you might be obligated to hop a shotgun and birdshot for birds and rabbits to increase your success

Yeah my brother had a 22 for when he worked on a farm and he said it was pretty good for smaller game. Shotguns are also pretty easy to get as it’s not just for hunting here like in my area clay pidgeon shooting is very popular

I might get a gun soon.

i hope bert realises that he has made a mistake
