In general people who show aggression when you talk to them directly about things that need to be done or are not fun and pop their solipsistic bubble. Essentially people who aren’t prioritizing for momentum and success and become resistance. People who have a bubblewrap frame, where you need to act 100% around because of some character defect that they don’t want to own. Being soft is not a social skill or a game it’s a disqualifying trait.
