like they could do nothing and i will just have this seething disgust and anger towards them

specifically towards women around my age
anyone over 19 or under 14 i don't feel anything against them

but the moment i see someone my age
i first feel deep unexplained sadness
then seething rage

i don't even want to date them
i've been slowly killing my sex drive just to avoid them

That's awful. Some women are total bitches. I was bullied as well so I understand.
