Full lips, round chin, and small nose is enough to be considered femenine as men
I don't know if I'm explaining me wrong but basically the standar to consider a man femenine is different from the standard to consider a woman femenine, you need less femenine features to be considered femenine since you are a man and femenine features in a man are less common
