I cant bear looking at them if they have a big nose especially if its hooked or high nasal bridge, literally more disgusting than being deformed, the only reason why i dont place balkan girls at the top of the most attractive girls list is because of their humongous dinaric noses like please turkey rhino or dont leave ur house.

insane amount of money, insane amount of pain, and imo very unlikely that only one surgery will magically make u attractive (depends if its a deformity), ofc there are cases where u ascend bla bla but very rare
