Thragg is a character from Invincible.
If you haven’t watched it, essentially he’s a Viltrumite meaning he has superpowers and he was trained from birth to be the most powerful Viltrumite. He’s incredibly strong and basically no one can kill him. He’s so strong that other Viltrumites look like a human whenever they try to fight him. He has a very calm demeanor and despite being the strongest being and knowing he could kill anyone, he often holds back. He wants to rebuild the Viltrumite empire.
Foids are incredibly similar. They’re raised from birth being told they’re the prize and have gotten insanely good treatment their entire lives. They know they can get any guy they want, yet they tend to hold back a bit. Despite knowing they could ditch the guy they’re talking to ans get someone better, they decide to stay and put on a fake persona in hopes of experiencing true love. But, every foid has that one guy. I don’t have to explain what that means, you all know. The same way Thragg uses his power trying to rebuild Viltrum, foids do the same using their insane SMV rebuild the relationship they used to have with that one guy.
It’s all fake, and in the end they’re going to snap and leave you because they know they’re better than you.
