When a woman does makeup, that means she is covering up herself. She is not okay with her looks. Many of them post themselves with makeup online. Many of them don't go out without makeup.

Makeup doesn't make them beautiful, it shows their insecurity.

True but some of the women you think aren't wearing make up do actually have them on , it's just that the makeup looks subtle , just search some tutorials like "no makeup" makeup look, natural makeup , boybeat makeup etc.
