I would personally don't bring gifts to a 1st date especially to a girl who haven't proved her worth to me as a potential girlfriend.
My only concern is, those type of women will blame other men instead of acknowledging they have a shit taste in men, and/or expect us to fix them or prove our worth, being in a compatition against men of her past. It's a recipe for disaster imo
