Workout plan.

Idk how to make a good workout split, heck, don't even know which exercises are effective. So uh, would be helpful if someone gives me a good workout plan yk? Thanks in advance.
Try Chest day, Arms day, Shoulders/back day and leg day

Alr, wb the exercises? Like, how many sets/reps for each exercise, and what's a good source to know which exercises are good and stuff?
I like to do 4 sets of each exercise till failure while targeting between 8-15 reps for hypertrophy. Prioritize incline bench press on chest day for upper chest, lateral raises for shoulders, pull ups and rows for back, barbell squat ( no smith machine ) and Bulgarian split squats for legs and bicep curls with free weights for arms

What are your goals by working out ? If you're brand-new i recommend you a simple Full-body training, 2 to 3 times per week, focusing on compound movements only, to build strength, endurance and triggers muscles growth

I want to lose fat/weight, and build muscle. I'm kinda new here so ig I'll do a full body training like you've said. But which exercises are the best? And after the full body training, what should be my next course of action?

Full body is the best split for beginners and advanced trainers

look into strong lifts, starting strength, etc.

Oh shoot, I should've mentioned this jn the post mb, I would like a home-based workout, like, calisthenics or wtv they call it. So what's the replacement for incline bench press?

What equipment do you have ? You need some to be versatile & optimal

Dumbells, 2 kg ones and 5 kg ones. I have a treadmill? Don't got a pull up bar sadly, will look into buying it fs.
Yeah treadmill is good to do your walking cardio during days off, and jogging at low-pace (with dumbbell in hands) to warm-up before every workout.

And yeah you need to find tall paralletes, rings, a pull-up bar and sandbags/backpack to be more versatile
