Yes you can go on a calorie deficit cut out liquid calories just drink water and zero sugar coke or any diet soda if you don't like water and go for runs or just walk for like miles now mark as solution
go on a morning run on the day of the school thing and wear heavy stuff and cotton so u sweat more
Stupid ass n****r sweating won't do shit I'll just drop your water weight but when you drink water again ts basically for nothing it's all about burning calories
