Would Lefort 3 be of true benefit for me?

Or should I look for a high-cut Lefort 1? The pre-op process will be brutal cuz I am going to have to have my bite majorly decompensated. My zygos are so fucking recessed in comparison to my maxilla, not to mention VERY DEEP canine fossa, downward growth of mandible and short ramus 💔 💔 💔

Maybe I should consult with Gunson or something and see what my options are. I don't know of any ways to push my zygos forward at home and bonesmashing did not work. Willing to do anything for skull ascension!

Maybe I should just full send and get bimax so a combo of BSSO for more forward growth and a Lefort? I would probably want an inverted L-ostetomy as well for ramus

At this point it is better to rope yourself
