Would my glabellar lines get in the way of a hair transplant meant to lower my forhead? Would it matter?

I want a hair transplant as demonstrated in this morph, however I also read according to Google AI that transplanting hair over frontalis muscle is a bad idea.

Me looking decent rests heavily on shrinking this big forhead.
