Just sea salt potato chips with ridges like Ruffles, but cooked in avocado oil instead of seed oil. potassium to sodium ratio is very good as well, 450 mg of potassium to 120 mg of sodium, so a 3.75 ratio.

i mean just dont eat potato chips, if u have salty cravings try a few pickles or nuts/seeds
