The first one is the cut i wanna get, the second and third pictures are of me. (one with less makeup+no tan and one with tan and heavier makeup) I've noticed that long hair doesn't suit me as well as short does and my long due for a haircut. I'm also redoing my highlights. would this be optimal or is there something else you'd recommend?
