really depends if theyre like the autistic type to rot on forums and larp
or if they actually go out and take care of themselves (like goes to the gym and whatnot)

most "Looksmaxxers" who actually are high iq dont hyperfocus on other peoples looks and treat people differently because of their looks

its pretty mainstream nowadays anyways so it doesent matter as much but people look down upon people who arent naturally goodlooking, they will discredit you if you tell them you put effort into your appearance

Nah if she truly loved u she won't love u less just like u still love ur girl even tho she got annoying ass habits. It just trying to look better it's not some weird deal breaker thing like idk an example but yeah u love them despite their flows or sometimes cause if their flaws
