wouldn't really matter imo
as long as its a rich/ not poor neighborhood i dont think the race of my neighbors would change much
most 99% black community's are in hoods or slums which I wouldn't want to live in of course but if its a nice neighborhood w 99% black people I'd honestly rather live there
