Translation: Would you rather be a man (1) or a woman (2)?

My school has had two speakers come in this year, solely to talk about female entrepreneurship. Nothing for the males, they're forgotten.

Dating-wise, it's true. Looks matter far more to a woman, a man's worth is far more faceted.

Rare but not impossible. The point is that if one gender manages to do it, it leads to results for them the other gender won’t get from that. Idk what’s hard to understand about that. Rich old ahh dudes date the women of their dreams. You don’t see that happening the other way around.
