looking into it more precisely it's not really worth it like that unless crazy rich
price for the surgery alone is 105k, and maximum gives 7cm (which is already too much, you'll have to stick to 5-6)
if you wanna gain 4-5 inches
it's like 220-30k

there are YouTube channels and forums that discuss this (similar to custom implants and other niche surgeries)

they do the same old method that requires you to sit at home for recovery
but with half the price

is it worth it to wageslave for 4 more years and an extra 110k so you can spend 1 year less on recovery?
if you can somehow make 220k plus in a few years this is killer tho

you go into the surgery room and back to the world a month later and 13 cm taller
