Hi guys Ive struggled with yellow teeth my whole life and no matter what I don’t I just can’t get them white, any tips or tricks. And how do I mew and does it work?

Yellow teeth are usually genetic but can be from bad teeth heigene, try brushing 2x a day with regular tooth paste, drink more water and less dark colored drinks like sodas and coffee, you can still drink the drinks but not all day. Try oil pulling, look into it, and mewing is simple a lot of people make it seem harder than it really is, take your tongue and lay it flat on the roof of your mouth, make sure your putting equal pressure on the roof of your mouth, the tip of your tongue should sit right before the squiggly lines before your teeth
