well its genetic so there is not a proven way i know that could help you, i suggest you do your own research

As mentioned, your eyebrows are definitely your greatest weakness.

However, you have a very wide and forward jaw which accentuates your face and makes you appear very masculine.

Relax them, eyelid pulling & minoxidil for more growth
