building up muscle strength lowers the chances of a fatal accident, eating well is good for your body, movement keeps your heart pumping healthily
movement =/exercise
how does it lower the chances of an accident. I would think agility would be much more valuable
 
what about for faster weight loss? weight loss will take longer if youre simply switching over to natural and then cutting. and for some people its best for them to cut weight fast due to heart or other conditions. they cant wait a longer time

But it does make you healthy cuz the purpose of it is for the health of the obese person

Shedding weight quickly can be deadly. Better to pace it through diet

why is shedding weight quickly when obese deadly? isnt it better to use the advantage of the rapid metabolism to your favor while you can b4 it starts slowing down

Loose skin will still make you look like shit. You are also more prone to sickness when cutting weight quickly. Changes in your body take time so you should be thoughtful of that.
