You are not an aristocrat son, larping as one will always fail. You can apply this to many aspects. For example, some people will buy a flashy powerful car that they cannot afford, requiring them to put tons of effort into affording it and maintaining it. They are attempting to be an upper-class person, and they are not. It will cause nothing but pain, misery, and stress. This applies to diet as well. Ray Peat's dietary and pharmaceutical advice will always be easier , and therefore more beneficial than Aajonus's uber wealthy primal diet.
Aajonus had a remission of many cancers. His patients? Wealthy white people from Los Angeles, California.
Keto; some say keto is better for aging. But moderate carb intake adapts you better for stress, and the other stuff that comes along with it will develop some adaptations and tolerances to it. Keto for the working man is a disaster, you also don't have enough energy to run the nervous system.
Can't afford a premium video game? The aristocrats can buy it without a second thought son , you have to try to get it cheaper.
Can't afford a good computer? don't use one, but that doesn't work in a modern world. You have to cope. So you get the cheapest parts you can find that still run and then overclock and optimize the fuck out of it.
You only realize you don't really need to do all this stuff once you find yourself in a better situation, like a monarch. Let’s go with the computer example. I used to play games on this ancient Macbook. It was probably 8 to 10 years old. It was laggy as hell, couldn’t run anything properly. So, I put in the work. Wiped the disk, dual-booted Windows 10 from an .iso file, and made it as functional as I could. It was still trash, though. I had to sacrifice a lot of stuff just to make it run a bit better. But I did it. Eventually, I got a really solid computer, one that could handle everything without any issues. And you know what? I didn’t have to do anything. I just used it, and it worked. No tweaking, no stress. It just did its job.
This is the difference between a monarch and a working man/peasantry. All of us need to cope, develop, and adapt for a good experience and to avoid stress. Don’t fall into these meme aristocrat ideas because they aren’t sustainable. If you don’t have a clear-cut plan and method of action, it’s going to be a struggle.

Cost of orange juice: $4.50/gallon
Cost of raw ass milk: $18 /gallon
If you want any lower for raw milk, you have to go through extensive efforts of reaching out to the farm, driving great lengths, or getting dairy cows of your own. Monarchy only.
Exercise; some say exercise is bad because it ages you. and it does. but it also adapts you for other forms of stress in your life, and makes you feel good asf after. so, when slaves like us are depressed, we go exercise a lil, and feel significantly better, which will actually be better for us in the long run.Cost of raw ass milk: $18 /gallon
