I noticed a lot more fatigue when I'm only eating raw muscle meat. I even eat it with raw egg yolks and raw butter. It sustains me for a while but I still find myself drowsy losing focus consistently. I'm content but its not as stable as when I use to incorporate 50g - 100g of liver into my everyday living. And it makes sense. Organs is where all the nutrients are. Yes still eat muscle meat BUT WITH organs. muscle meat should be where you get your main protein source and fat. organs should be where you get micronutrients value. Does anyone also have this problem?
